you'll find a passage at the side,
describing how i really feel,
feelings i can't hide.

i've tried so hard to forget,
the feelings i have for you,
but i find, with deep regret,
my love for you so true.

why am i living in the past?
i don't know, i'm not sure.
we were never meant to last,
you're one i held so dear.

i love your sunshine smile,
it chases darkness away.
it purifies all things foul,
and truly makes my day.

i really wish to have you back,
it's already been so long.
Eight months to be exact,
what have i done wrong?

i swear that i'm not lying,
i swear with all my heart and soul,
